Morning Burst Smoothie

 

I love starting my morning off with a fresh homemade smoothie! They are very refreshing, healthy and loaded with great nutritional value to start your day on a positive note.  I try to have a smoothie before I eat breakfast, it helps my body absorb all the nutrient before I add anything that is hard to digest. Today I am sharing two different recipes, hopefully, one of them will work for you.


Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1/2 spoon of Chia seeds
  • ice cubes and water for texture

Directions

  1. Cut all fruit into small chunks, place in blender. Next, add water, honey and chia seeds blend for approx 20-30 seconds adding ice for texture as desired.

  • a handful of Blackberries
  • a handful of Raspberries
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1/2 spoon of Chia Seeds
  • ice and water
